What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We are selling the digital products on our store, so there will be no delivery charges. Once the order is paid successfully our system will automatically send you an email with link to download the purchased module.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Currently we are accepting payments only through the PayPal. You can pay us through your PayPal account or submitting your debit or credit card information on the PayPal website. Please be rest assured that we are not storing any credit card details in our server. It will be completely take care by the payment processor gateway.
How can I get technical help for any issue or help?
We are in process of launching dedicated support request system to manage all the requests coming from our client. By that time you can contact us directly on support email firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, our system will automatically send you an invoice on the email account used to purchase the module.
